1. I received a gift certificate. How do I use it ? 

The gift certificate is exactly the same as receiving cash. First, you shop and add items to your basket. Once ready to pay, you then enter the 16 characters code (which is either on the gift certificate itself, or in the email you received after having purchased it online) into the Promo Code/Gift Certificate section. The system will automatically deduct the amount of your gift certificate from your invoice. 

2. I made a mistake in my shipping address when I entered my infos. What should I do ?  

The best is to contact us as soon as possible, via the Contact page. We are not responsible for undelivered/lost parcels if you have made a mistake in your customer account. 

3. Which shipping company do you use  ? 

We use a broker, to guarantee the best service possible for you. In most cases, we use Dicom and UPS, but sometimes we will go with FedEx or Purolator,  or Canada Post even. If you have a problem with either one of these companies, please tell us in the notes on the ordering page, or write us through our Contact page. There may be extra costs if you refuse our services and request your own.
